Wow! It’s been 25 amazing years! Happy 25th Anniversary, sweet man of mine!
Sweetheart, you mean the world to me! You are the love of my life and I can’t imagine spending this earthly life with no one else but you. You are for me. God created you just for me and me for you. Babe, we have grown so much together in our spiritual walk with Christ, as husband and wife, as parents, in ministry, and recently, as grandparents. And we continue to grow.
There’s nothing we cannot face, together. With God on our side, and Christ in the middle, we can get through anything. Nothing is too hard! You’re my soulmate, my spiritual covering, my prayer warrior, my cheerleader, my pastor, my best friend, my babies’ daddy, my grandson’ Pop-pop, and my lover. You are the love of my life.
When I’m frustrated, upset, angry or disappointed, you know how to put a smile on my face. From saying “I love you, baby” out of the blue to being concerned about my day. You make me feel alive! You’re my encourager. You know what to say and do to build me up. I’m so grateful to God for the love He has placed in our hearts for each other. Nothing can compare.
I’m tremendously proud of you! You are a man of integrity, strength, courage, patience, understanding, and humility. I appreciate you being head of our home and a part of my life. You make this house a home and I love coming home to you, babe. You bring me so much joy, laughter, and happiness. Most of all, I am truly grateful to our Heavenly Father for giving you the ability to love me with a unique kind of love that I need.
Patiently and daily, you go above and beyond to show me what unconditional love looks like. Without a doubt, you love me the way Christ loves the church. These 25 years haven’t been easy, but loving you has. I am looking forward to spending many, many more years with you. I know that the best is yet to come!
